Hidden Hitch Front

I dreamt I was all dressed up to go out to dinner with my husband and some friends. At the restaurant, I needed to go to the loo and made my excuses.
I had my big dress with my big petticoats on and, in the dream, decided it would be too difficult to manage in a cubicle so I went into the Gents to use the urinals (ugh?) Without a second thought, I hitch up my skirts and relieve myself, a feat made easier given I have no underwear and male genitalia (in the dream, not real life - honest).
On completion I straighten my skirt up in front of the mirrors and realise that I appear to be "excited" which is quite an embarrassment.
I slope back to my seat, hiding my predicament and before long , my husband is playing with my "excitement" under the table.
I usually wake up at this stage and feel really embarrassed and relieved. Strangely, in the dream, none of it feels unusual.
Is this telling me something?
